Delivery Guarantee

Our estimated delivery time for orders on is 7-30 business days, not including the processing time that usually takes 2-5 business days.

However, due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control the shipping times may vary, so we have established a guaranteed period for delivery of 45 business days.

You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 business days) has expired. You can do it either by sending a message or using your payment account, providing us with information about your purchase.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  1.  Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (for example: providing the wrong shipping address)
  2.  Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (for example: not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  3.  Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

How do I return the products?

At, we offer a wide range of products including phone cases, t-shirts, and other print-on-demand items. We work with a third-party printing company called Printify to fulfill our orders, and their return policy only applies to products that are defective or damaged upon arrival, therefore we will examine each order return request individually.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can easily initiate a return through our website. We will review each request individually and do our best to find a solution that works for you. In most cases, we will send you a replacement. Don’t forget to provide us with photos and any other information that could help to come to conclusion faster.

If you request an exchange for a product that was not damaged, please note that we will not cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. 

In the event that we receive a returned product damaged or not in the same condition as when it was shipped, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund at all. Item must be returned unused in its original condition. The packaging must not be broken wherever applicable.

We do not accept returns and issue refunds under these circumstances:

  1. It is beyond the 45-day money-back guarantee period
  2. The order was placed by mistake but wasn’t canceled within 12 hours
  3. Seasonal Sale items (Valentine’s Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc.)
  4. The size you choose does not fit you well (The detailed size chart is included in the description)
  5. Customized and personalized product
  6. Digital Product (Gift Card, Printable Art, etc.)
  7. You’ve changed your mind.
