Returns & Exchanges Policy:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can easily initiate a return through our website, social media (handle @oursimplearts), WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, or by giving us a call at +37129653624. We will review each request individually and do our best to find a solution that works for you. Please provide us with photos and any other relevant information to help us resolve the issue faster. Customized products and sale items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. If you are requesting an exchange for a product that was not damaged, we will not cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund at all if we receive a returned product that is damaged or not in the same condition as when it was shipped. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned product.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for our digital products, like printable art and digital gift cards.

We do not sell customer data and do not intend to do so. Our website has security features and an SSL certificate to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information. Payments can be made through Paypal, crypto.com, binance.com, credit/debit card, or Venmo.
Shipping & Handling:
Orders are processed within 1 business day. We ship to a wide range of countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and many countries in Europe. However, please note that there may be some restrictions on the products we can ship to certain countries, and we do not ship to countries that have been designated as state sponsors of terrorism. The shipping of small products such as phone cases will typically be delivered to your mailbox, while larger items may be delivered by courier or to your local post office. The shipping process is handled by our partner, Printify, and not by us personally. Delivery in the US takes 5-14 days, and everywhere else takes 7-30 business days. Standard delivery fees are visible in your cart and during checkout. Express shipping is available for some of our products, and if it is available, it will be visible during checkout.
At oursimplearts.com, we offer a wide range of products including phone cases, t-shirts, and other print-on-demand items. We work with a third-party printing company called Printify to fulfill our orders, and their return policy only applies to products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
