Where we ship our products
We currently ship to a wide range of countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and many countries in Europe. However, please note that there may be some restrictions on the products we can ship to certain countries.
We do not ship to countries that have been designated as state sponsors of terrorism, such as North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Iran & others.
Other countries we don’t ship to:
- Guadeloupe (island)
If you have any questions about whether we can ship to your location, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We work with a third-party printing company called Printify to fulfill our orders, and ship the products (except Gift Cards and Digital Products). Please note that for logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster, and delivery time may slightly differ. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Times and Fees
For orders within the United States, shipping times typically range from 5-14 business days. For orders outside the United States, shipping times may range from 7-30 business days. Delivery time does not include order processing time, which usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and delivery may be affected by factors such as customs, weather, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances outside the control of oursimplearts.com.
Express Shipping is also available for most products, which typically takes 2 to 7 business days to arrive in the United States. It will be visible in the cart or checkout if available. Delivery time may vary for the rest of the world.
The exact price of shipping may vary depending on the size and weight of the order as well as the destination. The shipping fee is calculated in the cart and during the checkout process.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner.
Customs & Tax
Different countries have different tax rules on imported goods. If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.
